I feel that the sprint is going through some growing pains. One thing I want to add is the fact that the sprints so far are welcoming, I don't feel the ego found in similar environments. It gets the people to get out of their shells and participate without feeling intimidated. And that is a good thing. Kudos to all George. I agree with your observation.
