Python Night 3

Following  the great success of the two previous python night, Montreal Python is  organizing a Python Night III on March 7th at Caravan. Just like our  previous night the format is laid back with something for beginners and  experts. Beers and pizza are provided so all you need is your laptop.
Projects:
If you have any projects you would like to work on please post them on the mailing list montrealpython@googlegroups.com. If you don’t have any ideas, don’t worry we have ideas of projects to work on too.
Suggestions:
  • Data analysis of the Bixi data
  • Music discovery in different feeds

I’ve noticed the post about Python Night III is available in french and english. In what language will presentations take place? Or does it depend on each presenter’s preference? Thanks

Hi Dave. Python Nights are not mini-conferences like the other events we call MPs, they don’t have speakers and talks, the idea is just to come and hack on your code or, if you’re still learning, ask for a fun project that can help you hone your skills. More info: Python Night.

For the mini-conferences, there are always talks in English and in French, and the announcements are bilingual.
